What it costs
Plans are billed per staff member, with no minimum, and every plan starts with a 60-day free trial. Pay monthly, or yearly for less. Torvi Solo is one person. Add Torvi LMS, Compliance or Kiosk to any plan, and change or cancel any of it yourself. No lock-in.

Billing counts every staff member on your books who isn't archived. No minimum, and nothing to pay while you're in your trial.
Add to any plan
A monthly price plus a rate — per staff member for LMS and Compliance, per site with a tablet for Kiosk. One invoice, one renewal date, and you can add or remove them yourself whenever you like.
Prices in AUD, excluding tax. Cancel any time before the trial ends and nothing is charged; cancel a yearly plan later and the part you haven't used is refunded. No lock-in.

How is it billed?
Per staff member, per month, with no minimum — you are billed for the staff on your books. Torvi Solo is one person and can be paid monthly or yearly, and every plan can be paid yearly for less.
Who counts as a staff member?
Every staff member on your books who is not archived. Archived staff are not counted, and nobody is counted twice.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan starts with a free trial, and if you cancel before it ends nothing is charged.
What does an agency pay?
Nothing. The agency portal is free to the agency — there is no subscription and no card to enter.
What about Torvi LMS, Compliance and Kiosk?
All three are add-ons: a monthly price plus a rate, shown on the pricing page. LMS and Compliance add a rate per staff member; Kiosk adds one per site with a tablet, so you only pay for the front desks that have one. Add or remove any of them yourself in Settings, on the same invoice and the same renewal date.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, yourself, in Settings — and the part of the period you have already paid for is worked out from the day you change it. The price you see here is the price you pay.
