How Torvi works

Five steps, and the record carries through all of them

Nothing is typed twice: the shift becomes the timesheet, and the approved timesheet becomes the invoice and the pay run.

  1. Roster Build the week by site, occupation or participant, and publish it when it is ready rather than as you type.
  2. Shift Everybody sees their own shifts on their phone. What you leave open can be claimed by the people who could work it.
  3. Clock on and off From their phone, and — at the places you turn it on for — checked against where the work is, so the hours on the timesheet are the hours that were worked.
  4. Timesheet Submitted, approved, declined, adjusted or reopened — and the person whose timesheet it is is told what happened to it.
  5. Invoice and pay run Approved hours become an invoice with your ABN and GST, a gross earnings statement for the period, and a CSV for whatever you pay with.

Pricing

Per staff member, per month, with a free trial

No minimum: you are billed for the staff on your books. Torvi Solo is one person, monthly or yearly. Torvi LMS, Compliance and Kiosk are added to any plan for a monthly price, and the agency portal is free to the agency. Every figure is on the pricing page.

How is it billed?

Per staff member, per month, with no minimum — you are billed for the staff on your books. Torvi Solo is one person and can be paid monthly or yearly, and every plan can be paid yearly for less.

Who counts as a staff member?

Every staff member on your books who is not archived. Archived staff are not counted, and nobody is counted twice.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Every plan starts with a free trial, and if you cancel before it ends nothing is charged.

What does an agency pay?

Nothing. The agency portal is free to the agency — there is no subscription and no card to enter.
